HELPWAY is an Estonian company providing liquidation assistance. We have several employees. 

Me and the members of my stuff have dealt with various levels of bankruptcy proceedings (including debt restructuring) in the bankruptcy trustee's office. I have been involved in the field of auditing for a long time. I also act as a registered financial expert and am in cooperation with various law firms.

I have studied law and finance (master degree). My academic goal in law is to develop myself in cross-border bankruptcy proceedings and mergers.
